Christopher Cameron awarded 2018 Wall Street Journal fellowship

Christopher Cameron was awarded the 2018 Wall Street Journal Fellowship, offered by the Marie Colvin Center in partnership with News Corp.

Cameron will live and work in Hong Kong for 10 weeks as an international reporter at the Wall Street Journal bureau.

The fellowship honors the journalistic ideals of acclaimed international correspondent Marie Colvin, who was killed by the Bashar al-Assad regime in 2012 while she was covering the war in Syria.

The fellowship has been awarded annually to a graduating journalism student since 2016. Students have gone on to work in Wall Street Journal bureaus in London and Mexico City.
