Team Charge

Help ensure the success of the survey and its communication plan. Their expertise and involvement will be instrumental in shaping this important initiative.

  •  IT Support: Ensuring survey invitations reach all intended recipients.
  • Communication & Promotion: Supporting the rollout and promotion of the survey across departments.
  • Survey Review: Providing feedback on survey questions, definitions, and demographics.

Post-Survey Support
Once the survey is completed and the results are received, provide additional support to:
  • Facilitate faculty and staff feedback sessions.
  • Identify and prioritize areas for future action and recommendations.
  • Develop follow-up plans based on survey results.
