- IT Support: Ensuring survey invitations reach all intended recipients.
- Communication & Promotion: Supporting the rollout and promotion of the survey across departments.
- Survey Review: Providing feedback on survey questions, definitions, and demographics.
Post-Survey Support
Once the survey is completed and the results are received, provide additional support
to:
- Facilitate faculty and staff feedback sessions.
- Identify and prioritize areas for future action and recommendations.
- Develop follow-up plans based on survey results.
