All members of EICUG may propose conferences and workshops to be held at or supported by the Center in collaboration with at least one member of the Center. If you would like to submit such a proposal, please contact cfns_contact@stonybrook.edu and include with your email the requirements below. The submission deadline for the 2022-2023 workshop cycle has passed, and proposals are now being reviewed by the committee.

If you are preparing  a submission for the next cycle, note that proposals will be submitted via web form, and should include:

  • The title of your event.
  • A one-page motivation or justification for your event and how it connects to the mission of the Center.
  • The number of participants you expect.
  • Your target dates.
  • An approximate funding request.

Unless otherwise specified the workshops will be hosted at CFNS locations (Stony Brook Univerisity: Peter Paul Seminar Room - C 120 Physics Building -, and Brookhaven National Lab: CFNS Seminar Room - 510, Physics Building -).
