In partnership with Stony Brook University Advancement, the Stony Brook University Alumni Association co-hosts a biennial 40 Under Forty alumni awards ceremony and reception to honor 40 of Stony Brook’s brightest, most innovative and entrepreneurial-spirited recent graduates.
Scholarship Golf Classic
Every summer, the Alumni Association hosts its annual Scholarship Golf Classic, to be held at Nissequogue Golf Club in 2026. Proceeds go to scholarships for deserving Stony Brook University students who need your continued support now more than ever.
Homecoming
Each fall, alumni are welcomed back to campus for Homecoming, a celebration that blends cherished traditions with new experiences, including campus tours, faculty lectures, mini-reunions, a family-friendly BBQ tailgate and the Homecoming football game at LaValle Stadium.
