Alumni Information and Updates
Stony Brook Alumni Relations oversees and manages university alumni records to ensure
that all alumni names, addresses (postal and email), grad years, majors and data are
distributed and used appropriately and responsibly, and are consistent with expressed
wishes of the individual alum.
All alumni contact information collected by a department, sports team, student club,
Greek group, etc., should routinely be emailed to Alumni Relations at alumni@stonybrook.edu.
For Campus Partners, Faculty and Staff
Alumni Relations is a valuable partner in planning and supporting alumni activities, both on campus and beyond. Our team helps ensure alumni engagement efforts are aligned with university and Alumni Association priorities. To provide this support, we ask you to share with us all alumni engagement activities so we can involve appropriate college staff and share opportunities directly with alumni.
Additionally, Alumni Relations can support your efforts through a variety of ways, including facilitating communications and invitations, creating online registration forms, promoting an event on the Alumni Association events calendar and helping to secure alumni speakers.
