- Managed college engagement efforts with the goal of creating pipelines with universities to recruit students to teach STEM activities outside of the classroom for underserved student populations.
- Led a book drive that saw the collection of more than 3,000 books, which were used to build a library in Jamaica.
- Coordinating efforts to recruit future cybersecurity professionals and guide them to career appointments at government agencies.
