- Current position focuses on Congressional life safety planning efforts, including National Special Security Events such as the Presidential Inauguration and State of the Union.
- Previously served as a Regional Planner with New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services, where she assisted Long Island and NYC in emergency preparedness, response and recovery activities.
- Co-founded the Women in Disaster Recovery Network of Long Island; an organization dedicated to empowering women in their professional development within the emergency management field.
- AmeriCorps NCCC FEMA Corps Alum.
- Gold Presidential Volunteer Service Award and Bronze Congressional Award recipient.
