- NAVFAC PWD Yokosuka Employee of the Quarter, fiscal year 2016, quarter three.
- Volunteered as the Jewish lay leader for the Navy base in Japan for over two years. He lead a 75-person seder with participants from all service branches.
- Helped raise funds for numerous charities including the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York to provide vital resources for families with premature infants.
