- Former deputy director, Congo Program at Wildlife Conservation Society
- Her research focused on behavior ecology of eastern chimpanzees in Kibale National Park, Uganda, where she managed the Kibale Snare Removal Program
- Served as the senior program manager for the Africa Program in the WCS New York headquarters, assisting with management of conservation projects throughout Africa
