begins at 5:00.
If you and your guests are enjoying the ceremony only, the Indoor Sports Complex Parking

There will be a security check point at the entrance to the Sports Complex. The following

luggage, strollers, umbrellas, noise makers and balloons, weapons, laser pointers,

As you go through the main doors, head to the right to the candidate check-in/robing area in Pritchard Gym. There will be lot of staff there to assist you if you have questions. If you brought a bag or purse, please give it to your guests to hold. We do not have a secure location to store your belongings during the ceremony.
Your guests will go the left and present their tickets to staff to enter the Arena. It is especially important to arrive earlier if your guests require assistance finding the elevators and accessible seating options.

You will receive a reader card at check-in. If you gave us your pronunciation, it
should appear there. If it is not on the card, please write it in. If you checked
in with the photographer online, you received a number. If you didn't check in online,
you should use the QR code on the card to check in and receive your number.
Please put your number on the card so that you can receive your proofs. Carry this card with you to your seat and take it with you when your row is called to go up to the stage. You will hand it to the announcer when it's your turn to cross the stage.

There are 3-4 steps on each side of the stage. If you need a ramp to access the stage, please let us know ASAP. As you cross the stage, the audience can watch you on the jumbo tron like the superstar
you are.
This ceremony will be streamed live and will be viewable later.
We will send out a link to our digital program on May 15. Please share this with your
family and special guests.
