NSC Reporting Dates

National Student Clearinghouse enrollment files are submitted by Stony Brook University according to the transmission schedule listed below. Please note that the National Student Clearinghouse may take up to five business days to process a submitted file after it is transmitted.

Undergraduate Student Status:

• Full-Time: 12 or more credits per semester
• Three-Quarters Time: 9 - 11 credits per semester
• Half-Time: 6 to 8 credits per semester
• Less than half-time: 1 - 5 credits per semester

Graduate Student Status : 

• Full-Time: 9 credits per semester
