Advanced Graduate Certificate in Geospatial Science

The Advanced Graduate GSS Certificate enhances GIS and remote sensing knowledge for graduate students and professionals, requiring 18 credits and a BA, BS, or graduate degree.


Data and Computational Science Advanced Graduate Certificate

The Institute for Advanced Computational Science (IACS) offers an advanced graduate certificate to PhD and MS/MA students from different departments. The certificate requires 17 credits, with courses in Communicating Science, Applied Math and Statistics, and Computer Sciences.

DoIT Training Workshops

DoIT hosts campus events for all Stony Brook students on digital literacy, experiential learning, and information security awareness, funded by the Student Technology Fee.
