Gregory J. Menillo is a composer and student of philosophy. His compositions are decidedly restricted and distilled, often exploring subtle distinctions by means of limited material resources. His philosophical work focuses on the Frankfurt School, German Idealism, and the aesthetics of music; a current project combines the three in a reading of Hegel’s Logic.
