Mission

The Orientation and Transition Programs office is dedicated to facilitating a smooth and successful transition process to Stony Brook University for all new students. Through inclusive community building activities, educational programs, collaboration and peer leadership, we seek to create a foundational sense of belonging and serve as a resource for all new students as well as their families and supporters.
