Hina Kausar

Director of Change Management

The change management director leads the office of change management and is integral to ensuring change initiatives across Stony Brook entities meet their intended objectives. Using a structured methodology customized to Stony Brook, the director will guide and coach the OCM team to develop change management strategies and plans. The director engages and coaches senior leaders and managers in leading change within their organizations and enabling user readiness and adoption.

Nichole Gladky

Training Manager

The training manager is responsible for designing and developing training strategies and plans for transformation initiatives. Through active coaching, the training manager guides training developers, instructional designers and training coordinators to assess training needs, develop the required training materials and ensure training plans are deployed in a timely manner. The training team also conducts post-training analysis and reports on training feedback and effectiveness to senior leadership.

Vincent Basileo

Graphic Designer – Collateral and Web Specialist

Vincent joined the Office of Change Management (OCM) bringing over 18 years of experience in end-to-end UX/UI, product design, and brand strategy. A former McKinsey & Company design consultant, Vincent specializes in visual storytelling, empathy-driven design, and communication. He will support the WolfieONE initiative by shaping OCM communications, strategy, and accessibility, while ensuring print and digital materials reinforce our brand identity and enable our stakeholders to drive adoption of the new WolfieONE processes and systems.
