The Office of Change Management Believes in a 6-Step Process

follows proven best practices, increasing likelihood of successful adoption

A foundational model that organizes how change is planned and executed, providing
a shared structure and common language for everyone involved

The specific actions and interventions (communication, training, engagement sessions,
feedback) carried out throughout the change process to ensure everyone is prepared
for change

A clear definition of who owns what in the change effort to establish accountability
