Joint-University Faculty-led In Korea, 2027

Unlock Your Summer with a Journey to Korea! We're thrilled to offer our 5th year Faculty-led Stuby Abroad in Korea, where students from  University of Utah, George Mason University, University of Wisconsin-Madison and Stony Brook University come together to experience Korea like never before.

🌟 Highlights

• Get an authentic taste of Korean culture, society, and local life.
• Study at SUNY Korea’s Global Campus in Songdo, as well as Jeju National University/Pusan National University. 
• Connect, network, and collaborate with like-minded peers from across the country.
• Take engaging courses in Korean language and culture/history while earning 6–7 academic credits.

📅 Schedule

• In-country Program runs from June 23-July 21 (4 weeks)
• Pre-departure Zoom meetings.

• March 1, 2027 is your last chance to apply.
• Each participating university has a limited number of seats. Students will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis.

💵 Financial Aid

• Get a $500 scholarship if you're a KOR minor with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, courtesy of the Center for Korean Studies.

🌟Requirements to be eligible for this program

• Minimum 2.7 GPA
• Students must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program
• Korean Language proficiency is not required.
