For your convenience, we are offering special group rates at nearby hotels. The reservation deadline for these rates is listed below. All reservations made after this date are based upon availability at the hotel’s prevailing rate. 

Hilton Garden Inn Stony Brook 

The Hilton Garden Inn Stony Brook is conveniently located on the Stony Brook campus. Reservations can be made by calling 1-877-STAY-HGI, or by making a reservation online. Use group room block code "943" when booking. 

The group rate is $216 per night, plus applicable taxes and fees.  The reservation deadline for this rate is February 27, 2026. 

 

Holiday Inn Express, Stony Brook 

Holiday Inn Express in Stony Brook is on Route 347, located less than two miles from the Stony Brook campus. Reservations can be made by calling 1-800-HOLIDAY,or by making a reservation online.Use group room block code "SAU" when booking. 

The group rate is $159 per night, plus applicable taxes and fees. This rate includes breakfast and shuttle service to the University. The reservation deadline for this rate is March 16, 2026. 

 

Hampton Inn Brookhaven
