Orientation
Orientation for all GAP and IEP programs will be held on Monday, July 6.

Check-in is not permitted on July 4 due to the Independence Day holiday. Students wishing to move in before July 5 must contact reside@stonybrook.edu for permission.
*GAP and IEP students continuing on in the dorms for the Fall semester will be notified
by Campus Residences of when to transition to their Fall housing assignment.
Immunization Deadline
All required immunization and health forms must be submitted no later than June 15.
Application Deadline
The application deadline for all GSI programs is May 1.
