Dr. Veloso earned her Masters and Doctorate from Stony Brook University in the area of Social Health Psychology.  Currently she is the PI/Director of the Science and Technology Entry Programs  (STEP- Middle/High School students; CSTEP- Collegiate STEP), which are  both funded by NY State Education.
