Stony Brook University is working with the departments of higher education in all states to ensure compliance with their requirements relating to our provision of online degrees and coursework to their residents.
The United States Department of Education requires each institution of higher education to provide all prospective and current out-of-state students with the contact information of the state agency or agencies that handle complaints against postsecondary education institutions offering distance learning within that state.
