Unique Facilities to Address Scientific Goals

The Institute of Energy: Sustainability, Environment, and Equity has access to world class facilities.  The unique resources and capabilities available to this Center can be highlighted with five special facilities: the Advanced Energy Research and Technology Center (AERTC) at Stony Brook University, the Interdisciplinary Science Building (ISB), National Synchrotron Light Source II (NSLS-II), and Center for Functional Nanomaterials (CFN) at Brookhaven National Laboratory.


At Stony Brook University, the Advanced Energy Research and Technology Center (AERTC) is home to I:SEE.
