West Campus Faculty Participation

Faculty participation during Commencement creates a meaningful atmosphere for our graduates and their families. All faculty are invited to participate in the academic Ceremony and are asked to RSVP. Please note that any faculty interested in walking in the academic procession for the Main Commencement Ceremony or serving as a marshal must wear academic attire.

**Students  and faculty who would like a refund for regalia or regalia items that were purchased through the website can contact Herff Jones (Doctoral students and Faculty) and Oak Hall (Bachelor's and Master's students) for a refund. All contact methods for these companies can be found on the ordering websites. Oak hall has lowered their shipping fee from $13.95 to $10.95 for any ship to home orders. **

*Effective Spring 2020, the Office of the Provost is revising its regalia rental process for West Campus. Each School and College will establish initial Purchase Orders with Shop Red West, please contact Store Manager Laurie Gassler at 2058mgr@follett.com. Following each commencement ceremony, the Office of the Provost will process journal transfers to the units. In order to receive reimbursement, Colleges and Schools must submit a list of their regalia rental recipients. The Provost’s Office will sponsor the fees of any regalia rentals for full-time West Campus faculty. *

East Campus Faculty & Other Ceremony Guests

East Campus Faculty and Other Ceremony Guests wishing to participate in Commencement activities are responsible for the payment of their rented or purchased regalia. Regalia can be ordered directly at the Herff Jones website.

Delivery & Returns

All online orders placed by April 8 will be available for pick up in Shop Red West beginning May 6 between regular operating hours. 
 
All rentals should be returned to Shop Red West by May 29, 2020 at 2:00 PM.

Staff Participation

Come celebrate with our candidates and show your support by volunteering.
