Bio
Stephen DiLieto brings over 16 years of enterprise leadership experience in financial services where he currently serves as Senior Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office overseeing a portfolio of roughly 60 strategic initiatives annually. Throughout his career, he has specialized in aligning enterprise strategy with execution, building scalable operating models, building internal communications and program teams and driving large-scale transformation efforts for a $10B organization. He holds an MBA and BBA from Dowling College and brings this real-world business and leadership experience directly into the classroom, preparing students entering the business world.
