Olivia Jurkiewicz is a PRODiG+ Fellow in the Organizational Behavior area. She studies how to cultivate compassion and empathy in the workplace and why these interpersonal processes can have a positive organizational impact. Olivia received her Ph.D. in Management from the Rady School of Management at the University of California San Diego.
