Jenny Chang

Bio

Jenny Chang holds a Ph.D. in Behavioral Decision Research from Carnegie Mellon University, along with a B.A. in Music and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. Her research uses field and laboratory experiments to investigate the behavioral mechanisms that contribute to inequality and discrimination in labor markets. In other areas of her work, she studies the psychological drivers of prosocial behavior and meta-scientific questions about how research practices shape the credibility of scientific evidence.
