The Executive-in-Residence program brings accomplished industry professionals into the heart of the College of Business community. These leaders share their real-world expertise in a variety of ways, based on their interests and areas of specialization.

Tushar Amin
Chief Operating Officer, Kaiju Worldwide
Tushar Amin is a C-level executive with deep expertise in strategy, technology, and
finance. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Kaiju Worldwide, an AI-driven
investment firm focused on predictive analytics and portfolio intelligence. Previously,
he was CEO and Board Director of Hazeltree Fund Services, a leading fintech SaaS company
specializing in liquidity management for hedge funds and private equity firms. Before
that, he spent 18 years at IBM as COO and Chief Strategy Officer for IBM’s $27B Global
Technology Services business. Earlier in his career, he spent 6 years as a management
consultant at PwC advising public sector and aerospace clients.

Azam Aziz
Partner, New York, A&O Shearman
Azam Aziz is the U.S. Head of Global Financial Markets and Private Capital Sector
Lead at A&O Shearman. His practice focuses on structuring and documenting complex
over-the-counter derivatives products for banks, private funds, and other financial
market participants. He also advises alternative asset managers on regulatory developments,
risk management, and fund financing transactions, and has extensive experience managing
client risk through major market disruptions including the failures of Enron, Lehman
Brothers, and Credit Suisse.

Jeffrey Barker
Retired President, New York State, Bank of America & Founder, JBarker Advisory
Jeff Barker is an experienced senior business executive who has applied his managerial
and strategic skills across the retail and financial services industry on a national
scale. During his 28-year career at Bank of America, he served as New York State President,
National Metro Segment Executive, and Metro New York Consumer Executive, overseeing
500 branches, $165 billion in deposits, and $60 million in annual community support.
Prior to Bank of America, he held a successful career at Barnes & Noble, where his
team opened and managed 140 stores across 17 states in the Eastern United States.

Shashi Bellamkonda
Principal Research Director, Info-Tech Research Group
Shashi Bellamkonda is a Principal Research Director at Info-Tech Research Group, where

He draws on extensive leadership experience in tech marketing, digital transformation,
and scaling startups as a serial CMO, having grown companies from single-digit millions
to major market players. He delivers practical, battle-tested insights from the front
lines of innovation and growth.

Larry Danielson
Retired Deloitte Consulting Partner
Larry Danielson is a seasoned Senior Deloitte Principal with over 40 years of experience
developing and scaling client businesses within the Big Four management consulting
industry. He led the establishment and growth of multiple consulting practices, crafted
strategic plans, and built trusted relationships within large, complex organizations
across financial services, technology, manufacturing, sports, retail, pharmaceuticals,
utilities, and the public sector. His leadership includes global roles and over nine
years as Managing Principal of Deloitte’s New Jersey Office, overseeing 700+ professionals.
He also serves on several for-profit and non-profit boards.

Irene Macyk
Executive Director, South Shore University Hospital
Irene Macyk, PhD, RN, FAAN, is an innovative healthcare leader with over 25 years
of progressive experience as Director, Senior Director, Chief Nursing Officer, and
Hospital President within not-for-profit organizations in the Northwell Health system.
She has a proven track record in cultural transformation, strategic planning, financial
stewardship, community relations, leadership development, and operational excellence,
with national recognition through platforms including Magnet, Leap Frog, CMS Stars,
and U.S. News & World Report rankings.

Greg Meyding
Partner, Boston Consulting Group
Greg Meyding is a Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) with over 30 years in management
consulting, specializing in guiding organizations through transformation and driving
breakthrough performance. His expertise spans turnarounds, digital and technology
transformations, M&A, organizational redesign, and cultural shifts, with client experience
across North America, Europe, Asia, South and Central America, the Middle East, Australia,
and Africa. He previously held consulting leadership roles at IBM and PwC, and holds
a B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Virginia.

Mike Ryan
Vice Chairman, UBS Global Wealth Management
Mike Ryan is Vice Chairman of UBS Global Wealth Management and a member of the WM
USA Management Committee, where he advises clients on macroeconomic, social, geopolitical,
and policy trends affecting investment outlooks. He also heads the UBS Sustainability
and Impact Institute and serves as Chairman of the UBS Americas Inc. Political Action
Committee. Previously, he led over 50 U.S.-based research professionals as Chief Investment
Officer Americas. With 38+ years in the financial industry, Mike is a recognized market
expert and Chartered Financial Analyst®. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of
Rochester’s Simon Business School, an M.A. in International Relations from American
University, and a B.A. in political science and economics from the University of Rochester.

Ian Ziskin
Retired President, EXec EXcel Group LLC
Ian Ziskin has more than 43 years of experience as a business leader, board advisor
and member, coach, consultant, CHRO, entrepreneur, teacher, speaker, and author. His
client base and corporate work have spanned over 25 industries, and his global business
leadership experience includes 28 years in Chief Human Resources and other senior
leadership roles with three Fortune 100 corporations — Northrop Grumman, Qwest Communications,
and TRW. He is the author of five books and holds a Master of Industrial and Labor
Relations degree from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from
Binghamton University.
