Directions

Stony Brook University is located on the north shore of Long Island about 50 miles east of New York City. It is easily reached by train, car. Campus Directions

The Department of Applied Mathematics and Statistics is located on the first 2 floors of the Math Tower that is situated near the north side of campus, close to the railroad station and with extensive nearby parking.  See the Campus Map.  If coming by car, park in any of the nearby faculty/staff parking lots and come to the department office to receive a parking pass.
