GENERAL PROCESS
A report is received by the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards.
The report is reviewed to determine if an alleged policy violation exists.
- If "Yes," the process proceeds onto the next step.
- If "No," an Informal Resolution marks the end of the process.
Student is notified of the allegations and one of the following procedures is initiated:
- Student Conduct Meeting
- Hearing
Once the procedure is complete, a decision is sent to the student.
- If found responsible for a violation of policy, sanctions will be assigned. This marks the end of the process or the start of the Appeal Process.
- If found not responsible for a violation of policy, no sanctions will be assigned, marking the end of the process.

Once communicated, the final decision marks the end of the process.
