ORDER FORMS
Please submit the form no later than two weeks before a deadline to guarantee your order will be completed on time. If the form is submitted too close to a deadline, we cannot guarantee it will be completed on time. Your order will be completed in the order it was received.
If we do not have the colors or equipment that you are requesting available, you will receive email communication from raresource@stonybrook.edu.
The RRC will email you when your order is ready for pickup and you will need to come during the RRC Walk-In Hours to pick up your order. If you have someone else pick up your order outside of our office hours, you must notify the RRC immediately. This is especially important if your RHD is picking up your order outside of our office hours.
