FALL 2016
TUITION & FEE LIABILITY RESULTING FROM STUDENT WITHDRAWALS & CANCELLATIONS
Students who officially withdraw from the University or reduce the number of credits for which they are registered may be entitled to a proportionate refund of tuition paid or proportionate adjustment of tuition charges. The first day of classes as scheduled by the campus shall be deemed to be the first day that classes are offered, as scheduled by the academic calendar.

The deadline for your name to appear in the commencement publication is Thursday, October 1, 2016. Last day to apply is Friday, October 16, 2016 |
| Mon, Aug 20 | Classes begin in the School of Medicine for medical students continuing in Phase 1B of the LEARN curriculum. Classes begin in Dental Medicine for 2nd, 3rd and 4th year students. |

Classes begin in the Basic Sciences; Graduate Program in Public Health; Nutrition;

Campus. Late Registration begins, $50 fee assessed to all students who are not enrolled in at least one course before August 29th. |

TAP ELIGIBLE STUDENTS: To be eligible for any TAP and /or NYS Scholarship Program students must: a) be enrolled full time (12 credit minimum) all twelve (12) credits must be applicable to the degree and/or officially declared major and b) by Junior status (earned 57 credits or more) be in a declared major. Undergraduate students who have completed (posted to their records) at least 108 credits (or greater) with a declared major will be eligible to apply. After 2/3/2017, you must complete the Apply for Graduation. If you have any questions, contact your Health Sciences department. |
