Graduate Scholarship Opportunities

 **The Graduate scholarship is offered during the Spring Semesters.**

The Center for Korean Studies is delighted to announce scholarship opportunities for graduate students specializing in Korean Studies. These scholarships are designed to foster advanced research and dialogue on Korea-related topics at Stony Brook University. Each recipient will receive an award of $3,000, with two to three scholarships available each year.

Scholarships are renewable based on a review process, providing continued support for outstanding academic work. Awardees will also have the opportunity to present their research at a graduate seminar in Korean Studies, contributing to scholarly discussions and exchange.

Eligibility

    • Full-time MA or Ph.D. students currently enrolled in the fields of humanities, social sciences, and arts in Stony Brook University. 
    • Students whose main research project includes topics related to Korea. 
    • International students are also eligible.
