MINDFULNESS BASED STRESS REDUCTION (MBSR)

Healthier U is thrilled to be collaborating with the Stony Brook University Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and The Center for Mindful Living to offer the internationally renowned 8-week MBSR course on site to SBU employees, faculty, and students!

Get "Bite Sized Nutrition Tips" from our dietetic interns from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. select Wednesdays and Thursdays outside Resilience at the Brook.
