Join us for our seasonal Mindfulness Meditation Series, designed to cultivate inner peace and presence through guided meditation sessions. Whether in-person or over Zoom, each session centers around a unique theme, with specific focuses each day to deepen your practice. From stress reduction to emotional awareness, this series provides a supportive space for individuals of all levels to explore mindfulness, enhance their well-being, and develop a stronger connection with the present moment.
