Join FoodLab and Stony Brook Medicine at Almond Restaurant to toast the arrival of the 2025 Beaujolais Nouveau, the first taste of the French harvest released each year on the third Thursday of November.

The evening features Almond’s co-owner and executive chef, Jason Weiner, celebrated for his farm-to-table cooking and commitment to local ingredients. He’ll be preparing his signature cassoulet to pair perfectly with this year’s vintage. Raise a glass (or two!) and enjoy a convivial atmosphere where food, wine, and conversation flow freely.
