Biography
Krista Thyberg is an environmental scientist and ecologist and her work focuses on sustainable waste management, particularly waste characterization and quantification, as well as decision making for environmental management and policy. Her research also focuses on environmental and ecological assessments. She is the associate director of the Waste Data and Analysis Center at Stony Brook University.
