Srishti Sadhir is a physiologist and maternal health researcher interested in how women manage reproductive energy costs. She focuses on (1) the physiology of female reproduction and (2) how lifestyle and environmental factors affect health across the female life course. Much of her work has considered how exercise shapes physiology and health during and after pregnancy. Srishti works directly with populations in the United States and Kenya.
