Biography

Dr. Sotiria Everett is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Family, Population & Preventive Medicine at Stony Brook University's Renaissance School of Medicine. She teaches and advises in the Graduate Nutrition Program, directing core courses in macro- and micronutrients as well as research methods. Beyond academia, she founded the Stony Brook Heights Rooftop Farm Kids Cooking Workshops and provides sports nutrition counseling for Division I student-athletes. Her expert research interests encompass sports nutrition, gut health, and lifestyle medicine.
