Biography
Jie Gao’s research explores how light behaves and interacts with matter at the nanoscale, spanning nanophotonics, 2D‑material devices, classical and quantum light‑emission processes, nonlinear and quantum optics. Her work contributes to advances in optical sensing and imaging, integrated photonic circuits, and quantum computing.
