Biography
Candice Alfano is an expert in sleep and mental health. Her research interests include understanding how sleep, emotions, and behaviors influence each other in childhood. Many of her projects focus on children in foster care, including improving sleep in this population in order to reduce long-term emotional problems. She herself is an adoptive foster parent.
