Biography

The sense of “taste" is the focus of Dr. Alfredo Fontanini’s research.  A recognized neuroscientist who has been featured in international news coverage, he studies the regions of the brain that process taste and examines how expectations, emotions and all other senses impact the way that we perceive taste.
