Biography
Dr. Kidman is a Professor in the Department of Family, Population and Preventive Medicine and teaches in the Program in Public Health. She is a social epidemiologist with twenty years of research experience focused on vulnerable children and adolescents, primarily in sub-Saharan Africa. She currently leads NIH-funded projects focused on childhood adversity, gender-based violence, and HIV.
