Ecology and Evolution Specialization

For students pursuing a BS in Biology, the Ecology and Evolution Specialization could be for you! This specialization provides a strong scientific background for students who want to prepare for careers in fields such as conservative biology, genomic sciences, and bioinformatics. Faculty and students in Ecology and Evolution study how the diversity of life has evolved, and how organisms interact with each other and the environment. After completing this program, most students attend graduate school to further their skills and experience for careers in government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and academic institutions.
