Through the Stony Brook Small Business Development Center and College of Business,
a special partnership was developed by Suffolk County Executive, Steve Bellone, called Suffolk
Forward. Businesses will have access to resources and expertise of faculty, students,
alumni, and business partners. The important role for Stony Brook's Small Business
Development Center and College of Business is to do all they can to support economic
development on Long Island. This is particularly critical now.

National Grid MPP Grant Program
MTRC is proud to partner with National Grid on the Fast Track COVID-19 Manufacturing
Productivity Program (MPP).
Based on the current Natural Gas Manufacturing Productivity Program, this Fast Track
COVID-19 MPP provides matching funds of up to $40K, or 60% of total costs incurred
when companies commit to Productivity Improvement and growth targeted activities that
will result in the increased utilization of manufacturing capacity at your company.
This funding is only available to companies that work with their local region MEP.
