Health Occupations Partnership for Excellence Program
About
The Health Occupations Partnership for Excellence (HOPE) Program is a free two-year after school program that offers insight and mentorship to students interested in pursuing careers in healthcare and medicine. Since its inception in 2005, the HOPE Program has helped launch the college careers of almost 300 students from underrepresented and undeserved communities across Suffolk County.

Students are selected in partnership with four school districts:

- William Floyd Union Free School District
- Wyandanch Union Free School District
