Update: Final Rule Affecting F-1 Students and J-1 Exchange Visitors Paused
A federal court issued an order postponing the effective date of the Final Rule nationwide while a legal challenge continues.
The anticipated changes scheduled for September 15 are paused and are not currently in effect.
