Water Bottle Filling Station Statistics

Stony Brook University has over 100 water bottle filling stations across their campuses that can be accessed by SBU students, faculty, staff and visitors. The SBU community is encouraged to discontinue the use of disposable plastic bottles and opt for a more eco-friendly, reusable water bottle. In recent years, the more sustainable option has been growing in popularity as monthly refill figures have steadily increased. Refill statistics are collected by student volunteers and  SBU staff each month and are presented below.
