Overview

The 17th International Symposium on Novel Aromatics will take place July 23-28, 2017, at Stony Brook University, Stony Brook, NY. ISNA 17 will bring together researchers from across the world to present and discuss the most recent innovations in advanced synthesis, structure-property relationships, and applications of aromatic compounds.

The Nozoe Lecture, named for the founder of ISNA, Tetsuo Nozoe, will be given by Yoshito Tobe of Osaka University. In addition, the conference will include invited and contributed talks, as well as poster presentations. Abstracts for contributed talks must be received by April 7, 2017.

ISNA began in 1970 as the International Symposium on Non-benzenoid Aromatics. The conference has been held on 3 continents, most recently in Taipei (2013) and Madrid (2015). We hope you will join us in Stony Brook to continue this multi-national tradition of outstanding science and community.
