Transfer Credit Articulation Goes Live!
International Academic Programs, in coordination with the Office of the Registrar and Academic and Transfer Advising Services, has successfully implemented transfer articulation of study abroad course credits beginning with the Summer 2017 term. All credits earned on a Study Abroad or Exchange program at an international partner institution will be posted directly to students’ academic records. This includes courses evaluated by academic departments for major/minor credits and general education (DEC & SBC) credits.
Transfer Articulation will eliminate the previously used transcript supplements and make the process of transferring study abroad credits back to Stony Brook more efficient for students, academic departments and administrative offices. IAP looks forward to continued cooperation with the Registrar Office, ATAS and all academic departments at Stony Brook University.
