  • 1995: Stony Brook hosts the Great American Homecoming, the theme for the 1995 annual parade.

  • 1996: The original incarnation of Wolfie entertains fans as the Seawolves take on C.W. Post.

  • 1998: Members of the Commuter Student Association showed their Seawolves’ pride at the annual Homecoming parade.

  • 1999: Wolfie and the Seawolves made the move to Division I, and a 7-3 Homecoming win over Wagner was the highlight of a competitive inaugural campaign.

  • 2000: Wolfie helps to crown Andrew Murray and Maya Chahine as Homecoming King and Queen at halftime of the Seawolves’ Homecoming tilt against Sacred Heart.

  • 2001: The Seawolves take the field against Wagner in the 2001 Homecoming game, a 52-30 win.

  • 2003: Homecoming participants had the chance to win a Chevy S.U.V. if they were chosen to compete in the halftime kickoff contest.

  • 2004: Carolyn Porco ’94 addressed a Homecoming audience on her work leading the imaging science team on the Cassini-Huygens mission that sent a probe to explore Saturn.

  • 2008: Homecoming and Reunion Weekend’s alumni academic showcase.

  • 2008: The 2008 Homecoming clash against Charleston Southern was an instant classic, with Dayne Hoffman’s touchdown pass to Adrian Sawyer with 1:06 left lifting the Seawolves to a 20-19 victory.

  • 2011: A sold-out crowd of more than 8,200 fans packed LaValle Stadium to watch the Seawolves take on Lafayette. A decisive 37-20 win marked Stony Brook’s sixth consecutive Homecoming win

  • 2011: President Stanley met with alumni and friends at the 2011 Homecoming barbecue.

  • 2012: H Quad encouraged Seawolves Football to “GO, FIGHT, WIN” at the 2012 Seawolves Showcase.

  • 2013: Alumni of the Stony Brook Marching Band chowed down at the 2013 Homecoming barbecue before they watched the Seawolves top Bryant, 21-13.

  • 2014: Alumni, students, friends and family looked on as the Harlem Globetrotters gave a tutorial on how to spin a basketball on your finger during the 2014 Homecoming BBQ.

  • 2015: The Stony Brook Seawolves take on Towson at the 2015 Homecoming game.

  • 2015: The 2015 Homecoming court.

  • 2016: The Black and Latino Alumni Network's Multicultural Alumni Brunch was a highlight of Homecoming.

  • 2017: The School of Marine and Atmospheric Sciences celebrated its 50th Anniversary with an Environmental Media Conference at Homecoming in 2017.

  • 2017: Alumni from Stony Brook’s men’s soccer team gather at the 2017 Homecoming celebration. The current incarnation of the Seawolves played Hartford to a 1-1 draw as part of Homecoming festivities.

  • 2017: Wolfie psyches up fans before the Seawolves’ Homecoming win over New Hampshire.
